7-Day Easy Replacement

If your device has a functional issue, you can request a replacement within 7 days of delivery. Our support team will guide you through the process.

When replacement applies

  • Device is not functioning as expected
  • Issue confirmed by our support team
  • Problem appears within the first 7 days

What we ask from you

  • Keep the invoice safe
  • Return the device with original accessories
  • Device should not be physically damaged

Refunds — Only When Needed

Our first priority is always to fix or replace the device. If that’s not possible, we’ll issue a refund — no unnecessary complications.

We follow a simple approach:
Repair if possible → Replace if needed → Refund if nothing else works

How and When You Receive Your Refund

  • Refunds are sent to your original payment method
  • UPI or bank transfer supported
  • No cash handling for safety reasons
  • Processing time: usually 5–7 working days
  • You’ll be notified once it’s processed
  • Bank timelines may vary slightly
